Shiitake Pizza


I bought this huge shiitake mushroom, it so thick and tender. I love shiitake mushroom and I do love cheese too.
 
Ingredients :
- Shitake mushroom          - a small amount of salt and pepper
- Grated cheese                 - Sichimi red chilli pepper
- Mayonnaise

1. Cut off the hard root ends mushroom and finely chop up the rest (I called it `the tail of shiitake mushroom)
2. Mix the chop mushroom with a mayonnaise, grated cheese, salt n pepper in a bowl.
3. Fill the mushroom caps with the mix ingredient step 2
4. Bake the mushroom in an toaster for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned
5. sprinkle with sichimi on top

The tail of shiitake tasted like meat and because of my shiitake was BIG its looks like bread, it`s really tasty so i wrote it up as recipe.
